Deep Sea Tour

Welcome to The Crew: Mission Deep Sea on BGA. I'm here to give you a tour of the interface, to make sure you'll enjoy your games to the fullest.

Let's start with this panel next to your name: a very handy toolbox.

Myself: open this tour if you need it later.
The switch will allow to toggle the safe/help mode: when enabled, clicking will do nothing, and instead will open tooltips on any elements with a question mark on it, making it sure you won't misclick.
Automatic answers: you can program your answers for some cooperative decisions such as distress, continue, real-time, ... This settings are only applied to this current table.
Settings: this implementation comes with a lot of ways to customize your experience to your needs. Take some time to play with them until you're comfortable. This settings will persist across all your Deep Sea tables.

On the top of the central part, you will see the current mission overview. It consists of these parts:

Mission number
Difficulty of the mission
Potential communication pertubation
Potential additional rules/constraints for the mission
The book icon allow to open a window with the full logbook with additional details and flavor text

Communication is one of the key point of a successful mission. Here are the different sonar statuses you will encounter during the game:

Available: the player can still use his sonar token to communicate
Pending: the player wants to communicate, but can't because it's the middle of a trick. Pending communications will be resolved just before the next trick start, following the order indicated by the red discs in case several players have a pending communication
In Progress: the player is currently choosing the card he wants to communicate about
Highest/Lowest/Only: see sonar token placement rules
Currents: in some missions, your communication will be disrupted and no token will be placed on the communicated card
Used: this sonar token was already used to communicate about a card that was later played

No code is error-free. Before reporting a bug, please follow the following steps.

If the issue is related to a task card, please use the unique identifier that shows up when hovering on it (ranging from 1 to 96) and include it in the title.
If the issue is related to a mission, please include the mission number in the title of your bug report.
When you encounter a bug, please refresh your page to see if the bug goes away. Knowing whether or not a bug is persisting through refresh or not will help us find and fix it, so please include that in the bug report!
