I think it would be nice if it showed you how it would affect the scores before it locked in and allowed you to click on a tile then hover over a space to show how that'd affect the column and row score, I know this is something other games here do

Or maybe, instead of having arrows all over the board, when you clicked on a tile before placing it, it showed how each space would +/- your score by if you picked that area
