If I've understood the game correctly: if it's your turn and everyone else has already been knocked out, and if the trigger card isn't one of the few that relates to a single die, then there's no point actually rolling any dice - because so long as you only choose to roll 1 die, you are guaranteed to win the round.
I assume playing it tabletop players would simply skip that final player's turn, rather than having them physically pick up and roll 1d6, and decline to reroll it, to confirm that they haven't triggered a bomb. -
