When I use commander, can I upgrade after all other actions?
Sometimes, I just want to take a look how many players will play with same peril to decide upgrade or not.
Now the game step is:
I choose a dice(2 or 4 or 6).
Then I have to wait for other players.
After all other players actions, it's my turn to decide my peril or choose a player
But at this moment I can't not upgrade because the game require me to choose the target first.
It doesn't really make a big problem.
But if I have to ask other players action to decide upgrade every time, it waste a lot of time, especially in a turn-based game.

10. Feb 2023 18:55 • The physical game allows you to upgrade at any time. Unfortunately, I ran into problems trying to implement this. There were display issues and issues making sure something didn't get upgraded at just the wrong moment and breaking something, so I had to limit when people could do it.
For clarity, if you or another player has a pop-up on your screen, you can't upgrade your cards (not a hard and fast rule, but it's true most of the time).
