I red-thumbed the player. When I tried to report the player to a moderator, I was presented with an array of choices, none of which was "used cheating software" or "violated the terms of service". At the bottom of the list was an option "none of the above", but when I selected it, I got a message saying that since it wasn't any of the above, it was probably not a violation of the terms of service, and I could not report it.

Since the terms of service specifically prohibit using cheating software, that should be added as one of the options for reporting violations.
