I really like the way this is displayed, but wonder why the list of remaining cards isn't updated in time, hence my suggestion of crossing it with 50% opacity (circling it could be another option...)
Other side note : when drawing a railroad switch, the switch is crossed but not the current destination, which is quite inconsistent. I think both should be crossed the same way, with some visible difference (opacity or any other), so that the display is clear.
