I built right Academy(move #25) as Gleens, and i already get QIC from Academy actions(move #29, move #37). Then i pass(move #39) and choose Booster tile: +1QIC +4Gold. Next turn income phase(#move 41) i get 4 worker instead of 3 worker and 1 QIC. My income QIC from Booster tile get converted into worker.

You took the +1QIC +2Gold booster (there is no +4gold booster). I'm guessing the workers you're talking about are actually gold? Yes, looks that way.
Okay, I see the problem. I should have this fix uploaded later today. This affects all income QICs for Gleens.
