This has been reported before and you list it as not a bug but I undid my line build and tried completing the other line first and still could not build a bonus station on either line. Surely you should be able to build on at least one of the lines you completed however my attempts to build on either line met with the same error message.

I ran into something similar: I finished both lines but could only build a bonus station on my "second" line regardless of whether I finished the first or the second line first.

The log announced that Dee1553 had completed his 2 lines, then the last built tunnels disappeared and the log announced that Dee1553 was building a station on an unfinished line.

I thought I'd encountered the same bug, but then I noticed I could build a bonus station on the second line, and after I acknowledged this I could build another bonus station on the first line (regardles of the order in which those lines were finished). I had tried to build the bonus station on the first line first multiple times (undoing my turn again and again) and got the "you can only build a bonus station on the line you just completed" error message...
