A screenshot should be a better way to illustrate it. Because only the player could see the errors messages.

It's the last move of this game. Red player (Ragnonero1972) blocked us and we couldn't skip our turn.
All we could do is roll a die with a speed limit in front of us that would cause a LoC, which according to new rules should be a skip turn action.

I think it's happens when a 3rd gear or more is used at end of the players turn (you and someone else) and the code just indicate 1 or 2 could skip right now
