During end-game scoring, 2 out of 3 players had zero influence on 6Moon, but those two people were treated as though they tied for second place and received 3 points each. The rules state that if a player does not have influence on a Major Project, they do not participate in scoring for that Major Project. (Page 25 of the rulebook). So, the two players should not have received any points for that project.
