• Qué había na pantalla cando se quedou bloqueado? (mensaxe de erro?, pantalla en blanco?, unha parte da interface do xogo?)
at one point I could not choose my card and play so my opponent ended the game and I got penalties• Cal é o teu navegador?

unfortunately I don‘t have a screenshot. i had only one pair of cards to chose. so i clicked on it but could‘t write the number in the right place. the problem was on my ipad and on my phone.

Why couldnt you write the number ? Was it not highlighted ? Or just nothing was happening when you were clicking on it ?

the cards had a red lining so it was definitely chosen. but the field where i could write the number did not accept my click. i don‘t know if there was an announcement. i was on my game overview site and reloaded it. I saw no announcement there.

The same (or similar) thing is happening to me right now.
In this game: boardgamearena.com/14/welcometothemoon?table=688693377 (sorry, not sure how to get the move number, but it's my current move)
I have a choice of 3 pairs: 2-Robot, 15-Plant, 13-Energy. I'm unable to place them in spots where I think they should be able to go. I guess I might not understand the rules properly, but I thought I did.
When I click on the 2-Robot pair, I can only place the number in the 3rd Robot quarter (5th floor), but shouldn't I be able to write it in the first spot of the 2nd Robot quarter (4th floor)?

When I click on the 15-plant, I can only write the number in the two as-yet-unused Plant quarters at the right, but my understanding is that I should be able to put it in the second spot of the first Plant quarter.

When I click on the 13-Energy, I can't write the number in any of the unused spots, even though they are completely empty quarters.

Am I wrong about the rules? Or is this actually a bug?

You are wrong. Each line must be increasing, not each spot. And you forgot about the last line, the joker one so that's why you can select the 2-robot
