I noticed on the replay that the second tree (giving wind element and having cost 4) has been planted even if the UI forbid it (tree is unselectable).
I haven't been able to reproduce the bug on my own but managed to add new server side controls the ensure that players won't plant trees with a cost greater than the remaining elements count.
