this is probably not a rules problem, but I didn't know where else to put it.

When we were in the final of the game on table 599571863, one player was kicked for time violation, although it wasn't his turn. In fact, he was already out of the game and not in the final.

The game was then canceled because of this and I, the winner of the game, did not get ELO-points nor Arena-ranking-points, which was very sad. (We played the final, although it said the game ended and we could've quit).

Can you please look into this and fix it? In my opinion the game was finally regularly and I should be the winner.
