My understanding is that I can use the 3 card to change the rule in a possible way. Maybe I misunderstood the game, but it feels like there is a bug.

Nothing, I just can't select. And if I click the "To Canevas" button, nothing happens, no error message. (whereas if i click the "Vers la pioche" button, I have a message "you must select a card first", which I can't do).
