Confirmed. I see the text already has French translations:
VIP: You must honor %s (%s) -> VIP : Vous devez honorer %s (%s)
Last In Line -> Dernier en Ligne
Must board after other passengers at their airport -> Doit embarquer après les autres passagers à leur aéroport
I suspect BGA might have made some change here, so I've opened an internal bug report with the BGA admins about this.
