I couldn't replace one coal with any 2, I think they could fix it. I had a contract that called for one black coal and I had 2 yellow coals, but I was unable to use the 2 coals I had to fulfill the contract.• é visible a violación das regras na repetición? Se o é, en que número de movemento?

I had the same problem, however after searching in the rules found it takes 2 mining actions to convert two ore to another. I only had 1 action available when attempting :)
