A player harrassed me continually, insulted my religion and called me a "whore". When I tried to file a report it the interface refused to bring up the chat, preventing me from doing so. This is the second time in a row that this has happened when I tried to file a report. Another time it told me the chat was empty - bga erased the evidence. I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience at a game table on BGA. The game developers are not able to handle moderation requests.
To report another player, please go to their Profile and select "Report This Player" in the top right corner to fill out a Moderation Report. Be sure to include the table number and mark all of the offensive lines in the chat. This will send the report to our Moderators to review.
If you are unable to follow the normal moderation route, please contact Support (at the bottom of every page on BGA) and provide all of the important information for our Team to look into fully.
