I had 2 ores loaded and wanted to deliver goods to Alpine Lodge. The only options given was unload the passenger or special delivery but no option to deliver goods. I did not have an island already and Alpine Lodge island was not in someone else's possession, so I don't know why I couldn't deliver goods.
