Continue of Bug ID 108761.
The slowest player lose their battery twice.
They still lose the battery at the phase start.
The rule works like:
Each round contain 3 phase: programming, racing, ending.
After all player finished programming, racing phase start. Each player starts their turn in "smile" order.
When the last player start their turn, they lose 1 battery. If they have shield, discard the shield instead.• é visible a violación das regras na repetición? Se o é, en que número de movemento?

Seems to be a bug that only affected real time.
I've checked that there are another real time table have this issue.
Table 456866393, Move 17, 57, 99
And I've tested in a turn-based that just open. Table 456862073, the bug is not appear.

Table 457293001 move 29, 68 have this issue. But move 9, 107 in the same table are fine. (seems wierd)
